Simply put, it’s the process of integrating both the masculine and feminine aspects of yourself INTERNALLY so that those energies dance together seamlessly in all areas of life. (We all have both energies, no matter our "sex").
When your energies are integrated, you experience balance, harmony, inspired action, and flow at levels you never thought possible!
So, instead of endlessly hustling, controlling, and doing mental gymnastics as you attempt to push your way or willpower your way to a successful life…
Or, getting flooded with emotion, shutting down, turning critical and feeling resentful and victimized…
It’s embodying emotional leadership as you navigate and uplevel your good, good life.
I'm calling forth people who are on the personal development path and understand the KEY to happiness is changing from the inside so their external circumstances follow suit.
